About Club

American Bodyworks Xpress of Fitzgerald is the first pre-existing club to convert to an American Bodyworks. We were formerly Family Fitness Center and have turned our club around under the ABW model. All the old equipment has been replaced with top-of-the-line Life Fitness and Hammer Strength pieces. We have the latest Life Fitness cardio pieces with entertainment! We have a great selection of Hammer Strength Plate loaded equipment and Life Fitness Selectorized machines! We also have many free weights! We fit fitness in your schedule!
